Free Intro Talk

Before learning meditation, you will need to attend an introductory talk.  This is a one hour overview of Vedic Meditation and covers details of how the technique works and the benefits of meditation.

4-Session Course

The beginner’s meditation course consists of four 90 minute sessions held over consecutive days.  By the end of the course you will have mastered the technique and are able to meditate on your own.
