Why Meditate

Our lives have become so fast-paced and stressful, that we are finding it increasingly difficult to relax and unwind.
Insomnia and anger-management issues are prevalent, as are anxiety & depression, drug abuse and high-blood pressure.

We need to try and find some calm and stillness in our lives to counteract these modern day ailments
and meditation is the one of best ways to do this.

Scientific research studies carried out on meditators have shown meditation is considerably more restful than sleep*.
Twenty minutes of meditation can be the equivalent of several hours of sleep.

Rest is the product that allows the body to release accumulated stress and fatigue, perform necessary self-repair, healing and restore balance, thereby alleviating many health problems.
